By accessing this website or purchasing, reserving, or inquiring about any cat or kitten, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

1. BUSINESS INFORMATION

Knight Goblin Cattery is a private cattery specializing in Devon Rex and Sphynx cats and kittens.

We reserve the right to refuse service, sales, or reservations at our sole discretion.

2. ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least eighteen (18) years old to:

• Purchase or reserve a kitten  

• Submit deposits  

• Enter into agreements with Knight Goblin Cattery  

By using this website, you represent that all information you provide is accurate and truthful.

3. NO GUARANTEE OF AVAILABILITY

All kittens, cats, breeding prospects, and future litters are subject to availability.

Submission of an inquiry or application does not guarantee:

• Approval  

• Reservation rights  

• Placement on a waiting list  

• Availability of a specific kitten  

• Future breeding rights  

Knight Goblin reserves the right to retain any kitten for breeding, showing, or program development purposes.

4. DEPOSITS & PAYMENTS

Any deposits submitted to reserve a kitten are considered non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

Deposits compensate Knight Goblin for:

• Holding a kitten  

• Turning away prospective buyers  

• Administrative costs  

• Care and maintenance expenses  

Failure to complete payment within agreed timelines may result in:

• Loss of reservation  

• Forfeiture of deposits  

• Cancellation of sale  

Knight Goblin reserves the right to refuse payment methods or cancel transactions suspected of fraud.

5. HEALTH & VETERINARY DISCLAIMER

All kittens are sold in good faith and believed to be healthy at the time of transfer unless otherwise disclosed.

However, Knight Goblin makes no lifetime guarantees regarding:

• Health  

• Temperament  

• Allergies or hypoallergenic reactions  

• Genetic outcomes  

• Future medical conditions  

• Breeding success  

• Show quality  

• Compatibility with children, pets, or households  

Buyers understand that animals are living beings and may develop illnesses, medical conditions, or behavioral changes after transfer.

Knight Goblin shall not be responsible for:

• Veterinary bills  

• Medical complications  

• Injuries  

• Illnesses  

• Allergic reactions  

• Emotional distress  

• Future genetic conditions  

Buyers are strongly encouraged to obtain independent veterinary examinations within seventy-two (72) hours of pickup or delivery.

6. NO VETERINARY ADVICE

Information provided on this website, social media, messages, or communications is for general informational purposes only and shall not constitute veterinary advice.

Buyers should consult licensed veterinarians regarding all medical concerns.

7. BREEDING RIGHTS

Breeding rights are granted only when explicitly stated in writing.

Unauthorized breeding of pet-only kittens may constitute breach of contract.

8. SPAY & NEUTER REQUIREMENTS

Pet-quality kittens sold without breeding rights may require spay or neuter agreements.

Failure to comply may result in:

9. SHIPPING & TRANSPORT

Knight Goblin is not liable for:

• Airline delays  

• Shipping complications  

• Transport injuries  

• Illness during transit  

• Flight nanny incidents  

• Delivery interruptions  

• Weather-related delays  

All transport arrangements are undertaken at the buyer’s sole risk.

10. WEBSITE CONTENT & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All website content, including:

• Logos  

• Photos  

• Graphics  

• Branding  

• Text  

• Kitten images  

• Designs  

are the intellectual property of Knight Goblin Cattery unless otherwise stated.

Unauthorized copying, reproduction, screenshotting for commercial use, resale, or redistribution is prohibited.

11. USER CONDUCT

Users agree not to:

• Harass or threaten Knight Goblin staff  

• Post defamatory statements  

• Impersonate others  

• Submit fraudulent payment information  

• Copy or misuse website materials  

• Attempt unauthorized access to the website  

Knight Goblin reserves the right to terminate communications or refuse service for inappropriate behavior.

12. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

Buyers agree to indemnify and hold harmless Knight Goblin Cattery from any claims, damages, liabilities, legal fees, or disputes arising from:

• Ownership of the animal  

• Buyer negligence  

• Breach of these Terms  

• Third-party claims  

• Injuries caused by animals after transfer  

15. REFUSAL OF SALE

Knight Goblin reserves the unrestricted right to refuse or cancel any sale, inquiry, application, reservation, or transaction at any time and for any lawful reason.

16. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed exclusively by the laws of the State of Florida.

17. DISPUTE RESOLUTION & ARBITRATION

Any dispute arising from or related to Knight Goblin Cattery, its website, communications, or animal sales shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration in the State of Florida.

Users waive any right to:

• Jury trials  

• Class action lawsuits  

• Collective proceedings  

18. SEVERABILITY
